Greg Bowden is a one-to-one and online coach with a BSc (Hons) in Athletic Performance and nearly a decade of experience helping people build stronger bodies and sustainable lifestyles.
He’s completed multiple photoshoots, earned men’s physique and bodybuilding titles, and continues to advance his expertise through ongoing education in nutrition, biomechanics, and bodybuilding.
Greg is deeply committed to his own training and leads by example, bringing the same discipline and passion to his clients. Outside of coaching, he’s social, active, and always exploring new experiences — from travelling and hiking to weekends spent with friends at events and live music.
